For hundreds of years, folks have gathered together to quilt. From Gee’s Bend to the Suffragette Movement, history shows us that quilting is a community activity. It is also an art form with ties to gift-giving, rights of passage and storytelling. We want to honour these traditions on Tuesday evenings at Made My Wardrobe.

Do you have a quilt that is half started, but needs allocated space and time to finish? Have you been on one of our Intro to Sewing Quilts workshops and are now ready to take your quilting to the next level? Then QUILT CLUB is for YOU! A little bit like our Open Studio Sessions, at Quilt Club you can bring any quilting project with you and we will help you plan it, develop it, add to it, finish it!

When: Tuesday evenings in May - 6pm till 9pm. Using the drop down menu below, book onto a three week block or a single drop-in session.

FAQs

Is quilt club for beginners?

We recommend having some experience making quilts before coming along to Quilt Club. If you are new to the game, why not try out our Intro to Sewing Quilts workshop first?

How does pricing work?

You can book one three-hour evening session for £30 or book a three week block in one go for £75 and save yourself £15.

What’s your cancellation policy?

If you book in for a session but can no longer attend, please let us know and we can open up your slot for someone else to book in. We will do our best to reschedule your booking for another Quilt Club Session, but we cannot guarantee this.
