Do your machines come with a warranty?

• Yes they come with either a 2 or 5 year warranty. Please check the machine info pages to find out which. We are always happy to help if anything goes wrong with your machine.

  Why do you only stock PFAFF sewing machines?

• Honestly, because we think they are the best in the business. We’ve tried all the other brands but PFAFF really stood out to us for there user-friendly design and reliability. We use PFAFF machines all day everyday in our workshops and they really stand the test of time. Our PFAFF passport 2.0 have been used by 100’s of students for over five years and I’ve never had to send one in for repair.

  How do I pick which sewing machine I need?

• It all depends on what you want to make with it and what your budget is, drop us a message in the box above and we can help.

  I want to invest in an overlocker but I’m scared of threading them up…

• I promise you it’s not as scary as it looks. Once you now which order the threads go in and how to follow the colour markers, you will be laughing through it! We offer free 15 minute introductory sessions online or in person, so we can show you exactly how it’s done and you are welcome to hit record so that you always have a film to refer back to.

  Are the shipping costs expensive?

• We only charge half the price it costs us to ship the machines to keep it more affordable for you. Alternatively, if you are local to Bristol you can pick up from our Studio. We send our machines via UPS which has full tracking, and we’ve always found they arrive safe and sound.
