Have you always wanted to learn how to use a sewing machine? In this brand new three-hour workshop we will cover all the basics so that you can go away with the confidence to thread up and use all the verious useful functions of a domestic sewing machine. Once you know how to use one of these brilliant machines, the world really is your oyster in terms of creative projects!
What will be included:
Threading up and using a sewing machine
Making Pockets using a sewing machine
Sewing a zip using a zipper foot
Switching to different stitches and styles
Using a basic sewing pattern to make a project
When: Thursday 30th January 2025, 6pm-9pm
Where: Made My Wardrobe Studio, 27 Portland Square, Bristol, BS2 8SA
Who: This course will be taught by Ana Clark. After studying textiles at University Ana joined the Made My Wardrobe team in 2020. She loves getting folks started on their sewing journey and is full of tips and tricks to make sewing as therapeutic and joyful as possible.

What is your cancellation policy?
If you can no longer attend a workshop, please let us know as far in advance as possible. We can usually re-sell your place and give you a 75% refund, but we cannot guarantee this if you cancel at the last minute.
