Olive Ikat Cotton

£15.00
Sold Out

We are delighted to share our new range of Indian Ikat Woven Cottons with you.

Width: 119 centimeters.

Yarn Count: 40 x 40

Shrinkage: 1-2%.

Washing Instructions: Cool Machine or Hand Wash

Why we love this fabric:

This is a beautiful quality pochampally ikat weave, pure cotton fabric from Telangana, India. Ikat (Ikkat) is a dyeing technique used to pattern textiles that employs a resist dyeing process on either the warp or weft fibres prior to weaving. The fibre is hand dyed and then woven on a power loom, as a result the fabric colour may very slightly throughout. We think this adds to the beauty of the fabric. The medium-weight cotton is perfect for making shirts, dresses, pyjamas, quilts and gifts.

Price: 1m = £15
