The Della Leggings are a comfy pair of high waisted leggings. They are super quick and easy to make and only require one pattern piece! You can either make full length leggings, cycling shorts or short shorts from this pattern. If you need a bit of help to get started, try sewing along with our Della Leggings online workshop.

The Della Leggings are available in UK sizes 6 - 24.

Gather your supplies…

Maximum fabric needed 1.1m (1.6m wide) for sizes 12-24, 1m for sizes 6-10. Simply half these amounts for the shorts. Maximum elastic needed 1.05m (3cm wide)

Recommended fabrics
Medium weight knit fabrics such as cotton, nylon, viscose or polyester jersey, scuba or lycra. Your fabric must have a two-way stretch.
